The ballot box was off in a corner and some of the delegates did not even know about it until the results were announced. The worst of it all is that Henry McMaster came up with a ruling to allow himself to vote. Whats next? When he decides that he is going to run for governor is he going to make a ruling on election day saying that since South Carolina is in the United States that anyone in the country can vote.
