The AP is reporting on Giuliani’s 1st Quarter fundraising efforts and cash on hand.  Seems the Mayor has done well, especially in the area of frugality with repspect to his burn rate.  From the AP:

The campaign reported nearly $12 million in the bank and total contributions of nearly $15 million for the quarter. The amount in hand is significant because it puts Giuliani on par with Mitt Romney, one of his top rivals.
